This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for items purchased from Pushtdham Ayurveda.

1. Returns & Exchange Eligibility

  • You can request a return or exchange within [5-7] days of receiving the product (or the time you consider appropriate).
  • Product must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags / seals intact (if any).
  • Proof of purchase (invoice, order number) must be provided.
  • Certain items may not be returnable/exchangeable, for example: opened packs, perishable items, (optionally) any item which by its nature cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.

2. Time Limit

  • Return/exchange requests should be made within [5-7] days after delivery.
  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within [5-10] business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

3. Return Process

  • Contact our customer support (through email / phone) and provide your order number, reason for return, photos (if damaged or defective).
  • We will provide instructions for returning the product, including address.
  • Customer may have to bear return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • If approved, we can offer: refund to original payment method, store credit, or exchange (depending on stock availability).
  • Refunds may exclude shipping, handling, or other applicable charges.
  • In the case of defective / damaged / wrong item, we will bear reasonable costs of return and send correct/damaged-free product or issue full refund.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that were opened, used, or with destroyed packaging or seals.
  • Products with missing tags, or without invoice.
  • Products which are perishable or have a short shelf life (if applicable).
  • Items sold as “final sale” or “non-returnable” clearly stated at purchase.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Use reasonable care of the product while it is in your possession.
  • Do not misuse or damage the product.
  • Provide correct details (address, phone, order info) to facilitate return/exchange.

7. Refund Timing & Method

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify eligibility, refund will be made within [5-10 business days].
  • Refund will be via the original payment method (bank, card, UPI, etc.). If original method is unavailable, we may issue store credit.
